I’m an American entrepreneur, writer, producer, spoken-word artist, designer, self-taught legal scholar and propeller-head. About 10 years ago, shortly after attaining the age of reason, my wife, our sons and I moved from New England to Southern California. We play on the computer, people we’ve never met send us money, and it’s all legal.
I launched this site on January 1, 2012, beginning with two super-posts comprised of two independent films that you can watch and share for free: (1) my own “Fool For A Client” [84 mins.] and (2) Lawrence Lessig’s “Good Soul Corruption.” [121 mins.]
Lessiq has been called “the James Madison of our time,” whereas, I have been noted for “easily transitioning between real-life stories, to a quick power round of dick jokes.”
“Fool” is the one-man, political dramedy which I spent five years developing and touring across the North American Independent Theatre Circuit. If you like political satire and hard-hitting social and political commentary, you can watch Fool For A Client by clicking here. This professionally produced, award-winning show, was recorded at D.C.’s iconic Studio Theatre on September 11, 2010. Reviews are archived on foolforaclient.tv. The themes of Fool are more relevant than ever!
With “Good Soul Corruption,” Lessig’s lecture isolates the driving force behind public corruption and suggests a compelling solution.

In 1996 – before Google – I co-founded my first Internet research company: Advanced Internet Research Strategies (recently acquired by ADP). In 1999, I founded TheLaw.net Corporation. I also founded the San Diego Comedy Co-op, a 100 seat comedy theatre set in an old warehouse where Dreamworks used to be. Before turning pro, I produced nearly 500 free shows in what came to be known as “America’s funniest storage space.”
I studied with the San Francisco Comedy College and the American Comedy Institute. I also learned a lot about storytelling from Robert McKee, who recently profiled my work on Storylogue.
I prefer game-changers to gatekeepers, my SafeSearch is set to “Off,” and if it’s under 3,000 miles I drive.
Onward.
